#MUNIonThis: Each new day is a new opportunity for change.
Instead of making resolutions (a decision to do or not to do something), we’d prefer to cultivate habits (a regular tendency or practice), favoring thoughts in action vs. thoughts alone.
We all could use some help to become happier, healthier, more sustainable in how we shop, eat, travel, which we intend to do by breathing mindfulness into our lifestyle. We may not have a physical planner to guide us this year, but we’ll continue coming out with content to help us all live more mindfully, navigated by the following themes every month.

To start off January and CHANGE, we’d like to begin by encouraging you to maximize your mornings. We’ll be making our case for early rising, sharing baby steps you can make towards solidifying that habit, if you don’t have it already, or improving it, if you already do.
For those who have been on this journey with us since before – those who have joined our forums, workshops, meetups, or Muni Market Day (which we kicked off in 2014), we hope you’ve grown with the content and events we’ve been putting together and sharing with you.
For those who have yet to join the community, we warmly welcome you to join our support network for positive lifestyle change. We hope you can benefit from the things we’ll share, as much as we hope to learn from your engagement with us in our Facebook group and monthly meetups (next one set for January 31, venue TBA).
The important thing to remember is that we can effect great change by being more mindful about the choices we make with each new day. Let’s get started!
