#MUNIonThis:

How can Filipinos give their fair share in marine life protection and conservation through simple individual efforts?

This May 18, Muni collaborates with ISDA to spread the love for the ocean through responsible skin diving. Nope, this is not about skinny dipping. It’s a way to dive comfortably in your own skin and single breath hold without the use of SCUBA tanks.

ISDA is a community of ocean enthusiasts who share the same love for the ocean, its wonders, and especially the lives it sustains. This group of skilled skin divers will teach you how to get intimate with marine life in a safe and proper manner. The open dive also intends to stir the spirit of environmentalism as we commune with sea creatures.

Eventbrite - ISDA x MUNI Open Dive

This Open Dive will help the group raise funds for planned ISDA projects such as but not limited to skin diving camps for fisherfolk kids in Anilao, Batangas, which would entail:

  1. Teaching the kids the proper and safe way to skin dive
  2. Instilling love for the ocean and all life forms it sustains
  3. ISDA members giving back to the ocean by influencing the immediate and next generation

Funds raised for this open dive will help sustain planned ISDA projects like the ISDA summer skin diving camp for fisherfolk kids.

This project is a way of ISDA members to give back to the ocean by influencing the immediate and next generation strongly tied to it.

Help us spread the love for the Philippine seas!
